Danny is highly skilled in professional personal and business development. His experience spans over 20 years of team building, consulting, coaching and organizing. In 2017, he began a business consulting company called JDC & Affiliates, LLC. In his most recent venture, Danny has joined 360 Business Coach as the Vice President. Both companies work with businesses of all sizes and high-performing successful entrepreneurs to accelerate business results in ways that are sustainable over time.

Danny has a passion to help others realize their goals and develop to their full potential regardless of their background or circumstances. Looking back at his growing up years, he considers himself blessed for having wonderful parents, teachers and coaches that gave him guidance and support. After graduating from Columbia Union College (now known as WAU), with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Danny worked professionally in the labor industry and as an independent management consultant within the entertainment industry. In addition to his day jobs, he began to pass on what was given him growing up. He started mentoring kids and adults who seemed to need that extra guidance and support–helping them develop skills and tools to handle everything from leadership to conflict resolution, communication and staying in school.

With much optimism for a more positive future, Danny decided to start Positive Energy Always and Positive Energy Always Foundation, which both make their missions to inspire positive change. By offering life coaching, mentoring, health & fitness training, presenting seminars and classes on various topics, as well as sponsoring other events and selling products, Danny and the rest of the PE Always team strive to be a part of the solution for people’s lives, not part of the problem.
